Our biannual series of experimental and contemporary jazz concerts run on Friday nights for ~13 weeks in the Fall (from September through December) and in the Spring (from March through June).
Firehouse 12 is happy to announce our 2026 Spring Jazz Series.
Two genre-defying groups begin our series - John Hollenbeck's GEORGE on March 20th, followed by Dave Fiuczynski's KiF on the 27th. Familiar faces Amanda Monaco and Mary Halvorson return with new music and dynamic bands. We have two solo performances this season; Caroline Davis returns with saxophone and electronics, and Marta Sanchez will play solo piano. New Haven born bassist Ben Allison returns to Firehouse 12 with Steve Cardenas and Ted Nash on May 22nd, their fifth album together will be released this April on Sunnysiude Records. Curtis Hasselbring's The Curachestra, "a vehicle for playing Curtis’s quirky, oddly catchy tunes" will finish our Spring Series.
Performances are on Friday nights at 8:30pm and 10:00pm. Tickets for each performance can be purchased individually, with prices at $20 for our early shows and $15 for our late shows. Our Season Pass is available for $225, which provides 1 ticket to all sets of the 13 performances.
