Firehouse 12's fifth annual Fall Jazz Series, a 13-week program of performances by some of the most active, innovative and respected musicians in creative improvised music today, will begin on September 18, 2009. The concert series features 8:30 and 10:00 p.m. sets every Friday night (except Friday, November 27th) through the December 18th season finale.

The performance space at Firehouse 12 is unique in its design. The performance space is the recording studio - and all performances happen in an acoustically balanced, soundproofed space with installed sound reinforcement and stage lighting systems. The space seats 75 audience members. The build-out of this space creates a perfect venue for music that benefits from close listening.
